I loved this game in 2013 but I doubt it's worth replaying, especially not for that price even on a sale.
Also, as far as I know, the remake (that literally nobody asked for, or was even remotely necessary) adds nothing new.

Honestly 25k peak playercount is pretty solid for a busted as shit port of a game released three times over

The controls and camera are just slow and clunky.
I mean yeah pretty much. People like to shit on Call of Duty and FIFA and Just Dance and all these casual games, but they're fun. You can hate the business practices or the fact that they change basically nothing, but the only reason they're in this position is that the core gameplay was so fricking fun that millions of people purchase these games every year.
Like it or not, Call of Duty is one of the best feeling and controlling first person shooter games of all time.

I don't know about Uncharted 4, but TLOU1 had one of the worst PC ports in recent memory on launch, and it's still not great, after all the patches.
