Only stitches are leroy, angel and 627 from og series, chopsuey from a video game and one of the edgy villains from the worthless anime series. Correct on ep amount but the finale movie about leroy says that all were activated and rehomed. Leroy movie did give us some extra background designs that werent in eps but only a small amount.

Not really. Most of the designs are just boring random shapes with stitch eyes and nose slapped on which makes them look cute and not threatening at all. Can't take the "more threatening ones" serious at all even when they are trying to be. All the designs are just meh

Yeah I think only the last 4, 624-627 can be close enough to be considered “stitches”. Though many experiments do share features like the koala nose.
