Noone at rockstar has said anything about gta 6 because 1. it hasn't been announced offically and 2. nda. The only "leaks" are news articles with sources they've sited from other news articles where they pulled their "sources" out of their own arses.
I wouldn't think otherwise, the game's story would've been finished, or near finished before writers like dan and michael left. Anything DLC related might see a drop in quality though. Since we don't know who else they have helping with writing things at rockstar, unfamiliar faces if you will. We won't really know until the next game after gta 6 is.
