GW2 has a great art style too. Say what you will about the rest of the game but it still looks great 12 years later. I hope there's morons don't make the game utterly CPU bound again but who knows.

GW2 has some of the most excellent leveling I've ever played in an MMO but it starts sucking real hard once you get to 80.

Don't expect an answer, they can never provide any good ones.
You don't understand the audience of WoW. The majority of them are mazerats and cheevos farmers and WoW both gives them to their audiences. As long as you don't make better M+ and cheevos while having the same or better gameplay, you wont kill WoW.
GW2 has some of the best open world content out of any MMOs i've played. Not just because of the content in them, but also how you can traverse the maps with the mounts and gliding and stuff.
I also really like their legendary system, they're a huge grind to get, but once you get them you can basically have fully BiS gear for all your characters and never have to get a single gear piece ever again.
But yeah other than that, it's pretty shit.
Bring back the GW1 skill system
2 was a sequel in name only ditching everything that make GW good

didn't play. already dropped the game and don't plan on returning. the game is in a place it can't dig itself out of.
I will give my thought : I liked the leveling and the achievement / completionist angle but it had the same problem as GW1 - most things were tied to the character and not to the account. With many classes that you'd want to play it made it more annoying to play multiple characters.
These basic QoL features missing, also customizable UI and such, it seems that the mindful developers from GW1 missing.

After 2-3 max 80s, I'd like all new other class characters to have 100% world exploration and max level by default. Or some other quickstart option.
they have level boosts for that. let some people level and explore, you know, the only enjoyable part of vanilla GW2.
you know that meme of deus ex "when you mention it, someone reinstalls it". I'm that way with GW1.

I'm in a guild with people I've known for like 15 years. none of them play but can't let the memories go. also I don't bother with the online features. just run the campaigns solo with new characters.
If it's more like GW1 and they fire all Trannies, then yes.
