They didn't, if anything they complained that players didn't test every feature in their character creator.

It's not 100% guaranteed refund over the 2 hours but you can still try, just tell them the game is unplayable on your rig and you've spent your playtime troubleshooting to no avail, and you've given up trying to fix it
