I've easily put 1000 hours into faction, played it obsessively for a good while. Wild how it makes a very tacked on impression at first but really it's a very well designed tactical shooter. It feels very similar to early r6 siege in how it builds tension. Even if factions 2 will be somewhat battle royale, i hope they add a proper 4v4 gamemode.

Over the course of 4 years, classic Naughty Dog released an entire trilogy of games plus a racing spinoff. If June of next year comes without the multiplayer update coming out (likely), they will have spent the same amount of time failing to make even an additional game mode that should have shipped with the original.
Even better yet, the last thing they made before TLOU2 was DLC for Uncharted that came out in 2017. They will very soon pass the mark of their team's output for an entire console generation worth of time being SOLEY troony Simulator 2020 and NOTHING else.

They did because Sony said it was coming. What's funny is that the delays were originally caused by Naughty Dog putting all their shit into remaking TLOU1 again and Neil Druckmann fricking off to "work" on the HBO Max show.
Then it got another delay because Sony wanted Bungie to check it first, and Bungie told them to put as much monetization bullshittery into the mode before releasing it as a standalone GaaS title.
The multiplayer was all that could have redeemed that game and Naughty Dog as a whole. RIP. Druckmann's israelitery has killed them for good.

Sony owns Naughty Dog and they own PlayStation Network. They get the full 100% of all digital sales. So So $60 × 10 mil means they made $600 000 000 out of TLOU2 sales.

No, he's right, remember when Sony fricked up with their compulsory demo for a certain price point at put it at $35 or so. They had to then reconfirm they meant wholesale price(what they actually get) so that indies didn't shit on them relentlessly for trying to force them to release demos and not focus on their work.
