Once you hit around level 70 you are effectively done with the game since most of your gear is already good and there is barely any improvement for the next 30 levels. All that is left is to grind to level 100 and fight Uber Lilith. After killing her once there is never any reward again so there is no reason to ever progress past level 70 again.
You can't even go grind all the old boss fights because they locked them in the story where you can only fight them once
