I don't play modern TCG but from my impression his deck is extremely setup heavy with how much babbying his Gardevoir needs just so he can nab 3 prize cards.
Meanwhile the Chad American just played normally and always took 2 prize cards and was consistent all the time.
yes. the deck hes using is a shuffle heavy deck that relies on big pulls. this is an issue when a match is tied and goes to time and you only have 3 turns to pull all the perfect cards which would usually take longer.
I don't play tcg but I play yugioh. What are the time rules for tcg now? In yugioh it's whoever has the most life takes that game and it's really bullshit to win game 1 only to get a tie because your opponent was up on life in game 2
a few years ago, a worlds stream camera caught a tcg runner-up (?) sulking out of his chair and bursting into treats on the ground after losing the game
there was a bit of a story behind it at the time, i think the judges missed some fouls and then went nuclear on him in proceeding rulings to overcompensate
yea the little kids, and wolfe
Tord Reklev did it yesterday. He lost on time because he wasted most of his time shuffling

adding insult to injury his pulls were incredible for only 3 turns. if it was a normal match he would have one.

Yes.
There's was also the obnoxious and autistic poketuber who was crying on camera after he lost the final of some draft league. That was hilarious.
