The Life and Suffering of Sir Brandte Nobility Path but it is no Skyrim, of course.
Age of Decadence got Praetor and Imperial Soldier paths, though I really doubt any skyrim fan will enjoy AoD.

Morrowind's Imperial Legion faction/questline is supposed to be that and it is written by Godd himself but it's shi- I mean esoteric. You even need to wear a "uniform" when you're on-duty.

You get minus rep when you talk to high ranks without a uniform from what I can remember. It's a small touch but it's really fun.
