Non-Tera Hearthflame has higher Atk than Groudon and after Tera has an effective higher Atk than Zacian-C and has stronger STABs and assuming Zacian first coming out.
Only real issues it faces are Hazards and being revenge killed by a number of things, all of which don’t outway the massive fire power this thing has or “resistances” it has.

Mold breaker allows it to beat both Heatran and Skeledirge with just its fire stab, the latter of which if it has set up. Moltres is the closest thing Ogerpon has to a counter, but if it’s healthy and tres swaps in on or after the SD turn, Ogerpon can just click it again as the defensive set (the only one who can tank it) doesn’t run hurricane.

Non-statement. Naturalizing gas “disabling” mold breaker only matters in doubles, and only against pokemon that have defensive abilities. The moment you switch G-Weezing out, mold breaker is active again. There’s zero difference between sending in a neutralizing gas variant versus a levitate variant in terms of Ogerpon’s damage calcs on Weezing.
Ogerpon is no more broken than Talonflame was in Gen 6.
