I wonder if Microsoft sabotages Vulkan, since Vulkan version on Windows are generally much worse and less stable (e.g., Rainbow 6 Siege), but better on Linux.
Or maybe it's just AMD drivers.
DirectX is my only option on old hardware. Vulkan isn't supported on my ancient laptop and I'm not about to put up with running everything at shitty framerates for the sake of software ideology.
