She's excitable and passionate, but doesn't understand what her words mean to other people or why they don't want to battle her.
The emotionless ones are schizoids. Not schizophrenics, but people with flat affect syndrome who don't hear voices or see hallucinations. Or just stoic motherfrickers. Neither one which are Miraidon, who has the exact same excitable lizard personality as Koraidon despite being a robot.
