We haven't actually had any evidence in term of bank statements of the actual charity account, it could've been sitting there all the time, gotten withdrawn and spent or invested elsewhere without anyone knowing or it could be that it was way more than 600k. We don't know at this point and probably our best bet is if jirard is moronic enough to try and sue Mutahar we'll get all of this through discovery.
He also said for the last 10 years that bits, subscriptions to his twitch and youtube memberships etc were getting donated to the foundation as well but that wasn't the case so he's already admitted to blatantly lying to his audience.
What organization he said he was donating to? Surely after this debacle has been widespread on social media, someone there would've said something confirming he lied. Not that I think he's telling the truth but the more confirmations the better.
