lighting are worse(need to turn light during the day), in the sims 2 fireplace and tv make cozy lighting at night.
small details are worse, for example in the sims 3 when cooking sims just get their utensils out of thin air while in the sims 2 they open the drawer.
I prefer realism over whatever the hell homosexual tumblr minimalist looking shit paralives has. Hopefully it allows script mods at launch since Paralives, for some fricking reason, is not allowing them.
I don't hate the art style but it also seems very homosexual from this video and it needs some work on the animations. It also has a very relaxing feel to it so that's a plus.
