Amy is playable and will have a definitive moveset. The game expands on the Encore Mode concept and has a tag-team system kind of similar to Sonic Advance 3, though there is a Single Mode as well. There will be more brand new zones, but it will also contain redone classic zones again. At least one of the replaced-track zones from Sonic 3 is in (it was important to get the Sonic 3 & Knuckles remaster out of the way so the music can be re-established). The return of other classic characters is considered, though no plan so far for playable Mighty or Ray. Super Emeralds are being discussed but no promises, someone really doesn't want them back. No, Eggette won't be a thing, but a Phantom Ruby-conjured female counterpart of Eggman is being pushed.

It started as the Sonic vtuber alone. They don't have a channel for him, the Japanese Sonic channel often has long streams, as well as streams where they play music for the chat (with occasional guests and interviews). The regular streams occasionally have breaks with Sonic, Tails and Amy vtubers. Tails and Amy got added later, so I assume they'll add more characters. They may already have more, those are just the ones I've seen. Anyway, instead of translating them, the international channel took the vtuber models and made their own content with them. That's Tails tube. It's in English with subtitles in a ton of languages, including Japanese, on top of having a Japanese dub on the Japanese channel.
