I cannot get over how fricking ugly BG3 is. Everyone is shitting themselves over all the gay shit and I'm looking at it wondering where the frick is the beautiful textured UI and the gorgeous hand drawn backgrounds. This entire game is just a frick ugly shining example of the phrase "sex sells." I don't mind a bit of lewdness in a game but this feels like someone made a AAA version of Corruption of Champions, there are references to sex everywhere, not just in how character romances consist of "Hi - wanna frick" but it's in books in game, postcards, signs, npc's casually mentioning fricking a prostitute later etc. It does not feel appropriate for the setting at all, Forgotten Realms was always pseudo-Medieval Europe, everyone and their mother wouldn't be bringing up sex constantly. I do not get the appeal.
