system shock was among the best games I played this decade and I'm not talking about the remake. The only thing that was better was prey and only because it was just bigger and more modern the story in that game was more shit.

I'm glad someone else sees how good things are this year. Even that relatively lame SGF showcase can't kill how happy I am about this year. Frick, HiFi Rush/System Shock/Pizza Tower/TotK would have made this year fantastic alone, and we're not even halfway through.
