4 > 5 > 0 > X > 3 (get the fan patch for the Japanese version or you miss out on like 80% of the game)
Leave PW for last, look into the rest of the AC series if you really want more. You need some kind of Xbox for AC6 because it emulates like shit.
It depends of your tastes, 4 is just shooting things, 5 is like a melodramatic anime while Zero is just Kino
