House Building Games

Are there any house building games that are more in-depth than The Sims? I'm thinking of something like House Flipper except you can just build from the ground up. Something you could almost use to plan a real house.

How would you make it a game? At that point you can just use CAD.

Selling the house to make the most money. As you make more money, you can unlock better tools or hire better contractors and use higher-end products in later houses. I was also thinking the game could have a "trend" system where it comes up with random features or products that will give you a bonus if you use them in the house.

People don't design and build individual houses, they are mass produced with the cheapest labor and materials, from affordable houses up to mc mansions. The only real difference is the neighborhood.

People love those kinds of places until the very first time they need to walk downstairs in the middle of the night to take a piss.

The bathroom doesn't look big enough either

I take the stairs downstairs during the night when I need to take a piss and I don't bother to turn on the lights.
Is it because those wooden ones are slippery? The fabric on my stairs offers a good grip so there's no chance of slipping.

Yeah, they're wooden and they've got open backs so you can't even just sleepily touch your toes to the backing to ensure you've got footing. You'd need your eyes open. It's also really fricking high up.

Also you can tell this was designed by a woman. A gajllion chairs, all simply facing each other. No entertainment. Just endlessly sitting and talking.

          >Also you can tell this was designed by a woman.
Fake news. No woman would allow a naked concrete wall with nothing on it.

Yeah you'd need a fricking expensive electric blinds system to black out the windows for when you wanna sleep after the suns up but other than that looks pretty comfy.
I imagine you get a lot of natural "night light" from those windows after sundown so even with all the lights off its not pitch black, which I prefer. Its a sexy fricking place to bring girls back to though. I imagine a lot of girls would get wet just from walking in

Unironically learn Blender. If you are mostly interested in the decorating part you don't need to get too in-depth with it and there are plenty of free resources you can use to create home with more control than any game can provide.

I wouldn't know, I rent a 30m2 apartment and have seen no one but my parents and my coworkers for the last five years

I was invited to watch a movie by a co-worker and there was like thirty people in that house. How do people even know that many people and keep in contact with them enough to invite them over to watch a movie?

I have no idea how this works. It's like some of us live in a different parallel world. I'm close to maybe 8 people in the world and I go for weeks without a single conversation outside work.
The only things that happen in my local community are for retirees or children.

You don't use them all at once, you guys sit in the seats depending on the activity. It more so you don't have to move the seats around

hf1 was on GOG so I just used gog-games for that. No idea about 2, but it currently has no dlc beyond a small supporters pack that adds nothing of note.
