Dunsparce's model is overall about 4mb in size. Lets assume that a Pokemon on average even takes up 8mb - just to be safe.
Switch cartridges have 32gb of storage. The entire game of Scarlet or Violet take up about 7.8gb.
24.2gb of remaining space for potential returning Pokemon. But they're trying to keep file sizes relatively small - so lets just aim for filling up to an even 15gb.
2.2gb / 0.008gb (8mb) = 900 returning Pokemon they could add for free. This is needlessly low because no Pokemon in this game actually takes up 8mb in file size - but it is still enough to have the National Dex this generation without filling in even half of the 32gb cartridge size.

The typical "No items, no overleveling, playing on set mode" just change the last one for something like "No free changing" or something like that.
There's literally no way to not get comments on how that would not be "real" nuzlocke, but the best you can do is try first to see how it goes.
At least the novelty of the game should earn you views.
