Arkham Knight is the best Batman simulator on gawd.
>Have mission >Beat the shit out things in the street >Call batmobile >Drive a few blocks nearer to the mission point >Launch myself at 900 miles per hour into the sky towards the point >Scout area as I glide in circles >Land at the highest peak of the point and proceed to plan my silent take over of the area with all the gadgets
It allows you to be broken as frick and honestly its pretty fun, especially on arkham knight. Same with like shadow of war, doom, even sony spiderman, it just allows you to do dumb shit and its pretty fun for it. The stories and atmosphere they pulled off is also really cool
>The new Suicide Squad was written by people who were actively sabotaging the company.
Yea, i saw the trailer and gameplay presentation, looks absolutely vile. Feels like a game made by twitter millennials saying "hey fellow young fortnite fans, let's get wacko in here!"
>fundamental grasp on what makes Batman cool >fantastic aesthetic >incredibly fun gameplay >not too long
i still don't understand how they convinced people that the writing in City and Knight was good. Asylum gets away with it because it's simple but I think people equate great sequences and setpieces to a great plot when that really isn't the case.
The combat and gadgets are just complex enough to make you feel like you're doing more than a simple beat'em'up.
The rest of the money went into graphics, sound, atmosphere, etc.
Oh and the collectibles are like the most fun ones I've ever seen in a game.
They also kept with the trends. The first game had comic book aesthetic, next one was more serious, last one was complete minimal UI.
It really makes you FEEL like batman

Ludo kinoooo
>everyone waits in a circle for batman to counter them
true to the batman experience
I think I get why Batman Begins had so many close up shots during the fights
They understood the assignment - make a cooling batman game with batman doing exactly what people want also hot ass babes

Not as good as Palworld
Arkham World will have ace the bat dog
You cant outworld the Arkham World pokegays or whatever you are gays. Go back to your gooncave
Stop spamming bamham threads for frick sake
Made by competent people, written by passionate people.
First game was written by Paul Dini no less. The new Suicide Squad was written by people who were actively sabotaging the company.

I just dont like arkham city, its easily the worst one
i dont know why
Slightly lacking in aesthetics compared to the first one. And because it's so big the sense of progression suffers, more sparse
>put it in my gog cart, debating it
>refresh Ganker
>see this
What the frick
what the FRICK does this have to do with Palworld?

I'm surprised it took the Telltale games for Batman to get a detective based adventure rpg game.
Imagine a Batman game that plays like LA Noire
There's a point and click on dos that was kinda fun if you have the patience. It's based on the 90s movies.
Telltale mighta fricked up here and there but the Batman games & TWAU were REALLY damn good
Arkham VR is all detective stuff
>people are nostalgic for bamhams
gaming really has gone to shit
Batman is almost 100 years old
no way!
Made by devs that actually gave a frick, sadly they are all gone.
