insanely short
I was on a date with a chick who was 150cm once, and I was thinking that she was basically goblin height.
Figured a bit taller than that would be reasonable so went with 155 for the high point.
Depends on how many lies they told when they were a child.
You see, as a child tells tall tales, the beast under their bed keeps tally. Once they turn ten if you've been a bad boy you'll be swept away to the land under the bed and turned into a goblin, becoming bigger and stronger the more lies you've told, but becoming dumber and forgetting more of yourself as well.
No, you're thinking about stealing snacks from the pantry. Taking from the fridge (or touching the thermostat) is a much graver crime and leads to being gobbled up by a changeling until there's nothing left but skin, which the changeling then wears to take your place.
Suffice to say, don't touch the damn fridge or the thermostat.
>Gnomes are the smallest race of my setting coming in at around one foot and a half to two feet tall >Halflings stand at two and a half to three feet tall >Dwarves are four and a half to five feet tall >all humans and elves sit at a comfortable six feet to even taller with some elven groups growing nearly seven and a half feet tall >Orcs are roughly 5’8 >Goblins stand just under 3’0 >Ogres and Trolls are around in 8’0 >Beastmen races range from 5’0 to 8’0
Like a real Goblin?
The common garden variety European Goblin is just barely half the size of a child, so somewhere around 3ft tall to like 2ft 5inches. Actual "real folklore" Goblins, and all their various sub-species: Brownies, Hobgoblins, Kobolds, Knockers, Lutin, etc.. Are like the size of a cat standing up like a person. They're as small as they are in order to fit in crevices, nooks, crannies- that's how they could live in people's houses or barns without people noticing.
If you were expecting something bigger and rougher you probably had a Troll in mind. Which can be as big as a literal mountain to as small as a pig.
Goblins, Gnomes, Dwarves and Halflings are all between 125 and 155 centimeters tall.
or 4'1 to 4'11
thats pretty big for a goblin, anon

And if they sneak snacks out of the fridge at night they get turned into gremlins instead?

Approximately three feet in height.
those are really big goblins, guys
Around twenty something inches tall. Can be even shorter.
No idea, but it takes three to do a "man in a coat and hat"
The smallest are probably 1ft tall. The largest are maybe 4ft tall. Goblin Kings are about 6ft tall but that's because they were humans initially.
I actually like Goblin Slayer's approach that if they last long enough, they'll hit another growth spurt and get huge.
Six inches to twelve feet, they're much more mutation-prone than most races.
