How come anons make up lies to undersell how good this game is? If they were being honest it would be a 9/10 to Ocarina of Time's 8/10.

It's good, but at least 2 points lower than OoT. It looks like someone shitted all over the game.
Why would it be lower, it does everything OoT set out to do even better. You don't even thaw out zora's domain in OoT, but not only do you do it in TP but you experience the immediate aftereffects and restore the region to its former glory.
you weren't there zoomie.
this right here, blatant dishonesty and being disingenuous. a complete abject failure to engage with what is presented, and attempting to poison the well. So these are the people who enshrine OoT on a pedestal and deny everything else.
TP has 3 items that are pointless outside its dungeon and even within they are total gimmick items
TP didn't fix that issue OoT had, sure. However that shouldn't detract from one game and not the other.
It copies OoT, but lacks the soul. It also has a worse art direction and and too much bloat.
Maybe if I can communicate to you in binary, it might make a difference.

>If they were being honest it would be a 9/10 to Ocarina of Time's 8/10.
you're not being honest if you think this
How so? OoT was revolutionary for its time, but later games have improved on the formula significantly. TP itself standing on the shoulder of a giant, delivers on a lot of unfulfilled premises and concepts.
Honesty is the decency to acknowledge when something gets improved upon it is therefore superior.
TP had a ton of cut content.
Yet what is still there is much more content than nearly every other game in the series.
It has its own soul. The mentor and protege relationship with the Hero's Shade. Collin learning to be brave. Zelda sacrificing herself to save Midna. Ilia falling in love with Link again after developing amnesia. The leader of the monkeys coming to aid Link in the boss battle after saving him. The resistance showing up to save Link when he assaults hyrule castle. The orc leader acknowledging Link's strength and siding with him. The yeti's love is god tier;
>no dont look in the mirror, look into eyes, that is where true beauty can be seen
to say it's soulless is Fictious Nonsense.
>oot but gay wolf sections
8.8 was too high in hindsight.
Wind waker gays too loud and delusional
Thats it
It's not though, you're just a dumb waifugay
It's a great game and the third best 3D Zelda, but it will always be overshadowed by OoT and MM
>spout moronic nonsense
>people call you a moron
>"grrrr damn dishonest ootgays"
I remember playing this on the Wii as a kid almost every day and never making it out of the starting village.
I'd just launch the game, fish, talk to NPCs, see the ranch, walk around the house and village, frick with the hawk (or was it a monkey?) and then I'd leave.
Then I'd open my mom's save file and see she was in some open world thing with Midna and everything and I'd be like "damn, that's cool" to then run around in wolf form and then return to my village save.
Used to do the same shit with GTA Vice City.
Thank you for reading my blog.
I did that in Mario 64, it was a hard game for me when I was younger.
It's so bland and soulless. It's like paint by numbers OoT, but with an atrocious artstyle and a lame "dark world" gimmick.
You are full of shit, you are dishonest and it's borderline criminal. You addressed nothing and you did what the OP stated you do.
>OOTcuck: It's so bland and soulless.
Sorry sis, I didn't hear you over the sound of me fishing.

I also like the scope of it graphically, you ever see how far you can zoom out in the game? It makes Link on his horse feel like a toy in a lego world, it's cool too.
I still boot up the gamecube once in a while for this gem
I don't know anon. It's easily my fave Zelda game. OoT is a classic I have no desire to replay.
I like OoT but I never liked how small it felt. Link is waking up and then he's a hero of destiny by lunch time. I like how TP built Link from the ground up.
>oot didn't have the pretentiousness to pretend link wasn't going to be a hero from the outset
what's wrong with that
>building up your hero is pretentious
ADHD moment
>dungeons are straight lines
>enemies are the same annoying shadows
>everything is braindead
this game is as bad as WW
Dungeons are adventures, you have to explore around in them and make progress towards the left and the right. They all have an overarching central puzzle to them. To say they are ""straightlines""" isn't honest. If TP is a straight line, does that make OoT two rooms?
How would it make you feel to describe dungeons in OoT as two rooms? same energy.
tbh it's not that it's bad it's that it's a gamecube game.
this game is so bad. why do people shill it so hard? did you play it as a kid or something? can't believe people on here spam threads about this mid fricking game. Okami clears it.
refute anything stated above in this thread unless you can't
>OkaMID
