The guns and scavenging are fun and it gets better with mods. Even better with sex mods

Genuinely, I find the game very enjoyable so long as I'm not engaging with any of the actual quests, which are garbage. When you're just trudging through the map, poking through everything for materials you need, shooting things and taking in the scenery, it's a great time. Basically Skyrim but with less build variety, more emphasis on crafting and better balancing.

It has a dense, lively world and some new gameplay features like the PA and the settlements. Like it or not, Fallout 4 saved the franchise after New Vegas had driven fans away with its bland tedium.

they abandoned it completely as Todd did not smell Skyrim money from the get go. Thankfully you can get the DLC running with fan patches and copying the dlc files over from vanilla flat goty version

No idea. It's a webm I downloaded from here. Modding Fallout 4 into Stalker is pretty simple though, all you need are some reshades, weapon mods of your choice, and a damage rebalance for survival so you don't waste entire magazines on a single raider.
True Damage + SCOURGE are good for normalizing HP/stats and standardizing weapon damage
Personally I feel like injury systems are overkill beyond simple bleeding systems

I just use this. Simple mod that gives you 1.5x damage and enemies 2x. Becomes a bit unbalanced mid-game where you kill everything in a couple of hits, but if there's enough enemies around or you run into someone with an automatic weapon you're toast. Also disabling enemy healthbars on your hud is also a must.
I've played through it dozens of times. It is my favorite game. Fallout 76 is the only live service game I enjoy.

You can't really call FROST a "zombie survival shooter". there's a bunch of ghouls in some areas, but mostly you will kill other survivors like you and other people from the mod's factions.
The concept of building little box forts in the wilderness is cool until you realize there's literally no point. Adding settlers is a massive timesink for absolutely nothing since you swim in meat and you don't need settlers for water.

I don't this meme. Loot one building and you got enough to upgrade everything. Most of these places have a workbench and those inventories are static so you can store all your shit in the location without even needing to go back to a settlement.
settlements work fine with total overhaul mod like Horizon that specifically focus on crafting and scavenger-shooting. You will not be able to access the high end gear like working PA or mini nuke grenade launcher without the logistic supply stream of at least one working settlement. That and a steady stream of food+water which means you dont have to eat the high rad Spam all the time

It's a pretty good WEG, Skyrim overall is the best but this one is better enough at rendering latex for me to go back and forth. Rest of the game is just okay.

I had more way fun replaying FO4 last year than with Starfield and TOTK, it had much better exploration and quests and uniques areas.
Nobody else makes games like this, there is no "Bethesdalikes" as no other studio is capable. Fallout 4 was fun, my only issue is how long it will be before the next game. It made me excited for the future for the next Elder Scrolls and Fallout. Instead we got multiplayer Fallout
