You can't, as the Stunky line is version exclusive to Diamond, and the Glameow line exclusive to Pearl. You have to trade.

Either trade, or don't complete the Pokedex.
Just PKHex edit the entire dex into your save file. Problem solved.

Don't forget Golem, Machamp, Alakazam, Gengar, Magmortar, Electivire, Rhyperior, Dusknoir, Scizor, Porygon2, and Porygon-Z
to get the national dex? you just have to see them right? go look up what trainers have which pokemon you haven't seen yet

fair enough, I'm not familiar with glitches that let you find specific pokemon outside of gen 1
but that shit is so sweet, I love gen 1
