How do I stop quitting online campaigns?

I'm a serial quitter and a serial ghoster for online d and d games. Since 2020, I've dropped at least 100 different 5e games with zero notice. I go so far as to block everyone on discord to prevent them from messaging me. I Just get so anxious and nervous about playing d and d online because I don't want to be yelled at or made fun of. I spent my entire life being mocked and ridiculed for the way I talk so I just assume people are making fun of me. I want to play d and d but I just can't function knowing the possibility of having someone mock me at the other end of a mic.

work on your anxiety before you start playing any more games
if there are legitimate reasons for you to be concerned about mockery, work on those too

Stop signing up to them. Can't quit it if you never joined in the first place.

It's DnD, you're playing with bottom-of-the-barrel trash. Their opinions of you should hold NO weight.

If not fake and gay, please have a nice day, OP. You're the worst kind of person on the board right now, including the namegays.

Try a play by post game, it's like the real thing, but much slower, with next to zero human contact besides ooc messaging.

Just get a Text based game, like half of all the Discord games I've played in have been text based and it's been great since I don't talk good

I once played with a moron who both had ticks and a stutter. Nobody ever commented on it.
I once misspoke and quickly corrected myself. That homosexual then repeated what I said in a mocking tone with his stutter, and finished the sentence with a tick.
I asked him if he was fricking serious and he shut up the rest of the session.
What I mean by that is, OP, have a nice day.
