C) you could still buy their old games instead of just streaming them
I think a Netflix style service for the classic games is good. the issue, as you mentioned, they offer no way to permanently own them on switch and any owners of previous eshop software get fricked. all those libraries on the wii, even those linked to my nintendo, got fricked.
