I think their tables should be more subtle.
Like I saw a pathfinder table, but it had a bit too much animal stuff I think, making them across as too similar too tieflings.
Minor things like odd colors, eyes, weird symbols on them are a better fit imo.

Wasn't that the backstory of the book one villain of Rise of the Runelords? It's been ages since I played it, but I believe her whole gimmick was that she was sick of thankless townsfolk trying to get divine blessings from her and stealing her hair for tonics n shit.
Nothing to fix, aside from appropriately rolling for the physical expressions of their otherness, just like tieflings should. And also beating to death all the morons that thinks that planetouched are direct offsprings of extraplanars, rather than, y'know, plane-touched; but that's a meta-problem, really, not the fault of the aasimar or tieflings themselves.
