I eat bran cerial and eggs for breakfast along with tea and for dinner I either have bowl of rice, beans, shrimp and veggies at a local restaurant or I pack a cheap dinner of meat, cheese and wheat crackers, cold veggies in a bag and a piece of fruit. I don't eat a 3rd meal but I guess I lied about only eating one meal a day. I dont like to cook and I'm not stingy with money so yeah I only cook like four days a week and even then it's just some chicken, ham, or peameal bacon, whatever I feel like tossing on the stove.
