They should add full moon as weather

You could probably get even more creative by incorporating attacks that illuminate the field like flash cannon ending the terrain like ice spinner

Buffing dark types indirectly buffs bug types.
Dark is already a top 3 type in the game and bug still sucks fricking balls. Making dark even more broken won't make bug better if ghost, steel, and fairy are still omnipresent.
Buffing bug exclusively won't help anything either. Hail/snow is still a bad weather because it's only buffing a bad type. Having more/better abusers will make the weather more viable.

overall fine, just nerf the speed boosting abilities (1.5x boost instead of 2x boost)

The number is fine, but giving more Shitmons the Pelipper/Torkoal treatment would be nice.

the total number of weather abusers in the series is fine, but dexit makes it a bit lopsided this current gen, not much we can really do about that. Though it would be interesting to have some more off-type weather abuser (like how Waling Wake is a water type that gets stronger in Sun).
What shitmon would you like to see get a weather ability? I personally want Regice, it's never been competitively relevant and would be nice to give a legendary a deservingly good ability
A few suggestions
Magcargo getting a reskinned Desolate Land (I'd go with normal drought but i doubt even that wouldn't be enough for it)
Delibird Getting Snow Warning since it has a pointless hidden ability
Flygon getting Sandstream as a second ability
Castform's Forcast being reworked so that it causes a weather pon entry and changes to the appropriate form, the weather it sets could be determined by its hold item

Mantine should get it, since it needs all the help it can get when compared to Skarmory.

Since we already have Rock and Ground sand setters, let's go with the final Sandstorm type, Steel. I'll pick Orthworm, because I think he looks funny.

I think we already have plenty of Snow setters, but I'll still say Delibird, just for the sake of giving all the weathers another setter.
Sand is fricking trash especially in fanfic meta, we need another excadrill asap, make it ground flying frick it.
Abomasnow is turbo ass and Alolatails is painfully one trick. I wish we had a solid snow setter that actually benefits from the buff like Ttar does with sand.
Vanilla Ninetails is bad and while Torkoal is a neat mon I feel like it tries to do too much shit at once. A parallel to Pelipper would be nice especially since being fire already means switch ins are limited if you intend on bringing the heat rock so it can have a more useful secondary typing.
Both Sand Setters are based
Both rain setters are cool but I wish we had a non-water setter who's gimmick is Thunder Spam.

It's alright. I like the change from hail to snow.
I wish Kyogre and Groudon got the ability to set permasun/rain back. Maybe have their primal abilities be active while they're on the field, and the regular weather equivalent active after they switch out?
I hate how mediocre Ninetales is.
More moves like Chilly Reception that just set the weather and pivot out. And give them to Regenerator pokemon also
