Once upon a time in the bustling city of Overwatch, there was a tough-as-nails hero named D.Va. She was known for her exceptional piloting skills and her love for video games. But behind her tough exterior, she had a secret fetish: she loved black men. And she had the perfect partner to explore her desires with; her best friend, a black man who shared her sense of adventure.

One hot summer night, as the sun set over the city, D.Va and her black friend decided to take a romantic stroll through the park. The air was thick with anticipation as they made their way to the perfect spot beneath the stars. As they lay down on the grass, their bodies pressed against each other, D.Va could feel her heart racing. She knew what was about to happen, and she couldn't have been more excited.

As the night progressed, their passion intensified. D.Va could feel her black friend's strong hands gripping her waist, pulling her closer to him. Their tongues danced in a ritualistic tango, their bodies moving in a harmonious fusion. D.Va moaned softly, her desire for her black friend growing stronger with each passing moment.

Suddenly, D.Va felt a surge of pleasure as her black friend entered her. She let out a cry of ecstasy, her body trembling with the intensity of the experience. Together, they moved in perfect harmony, their bodies locked in a dance of desire.

As they climaxed together, the night sky was filled with the sounds of their passion. D.Va and her black friend lay there, spent and breathless, their bodies entwined in the afterglow of their lovemaking.

That night, D.Va knew she had found true happiness. Her secret desires had been fulfilled, and she had done so with the help of her most trusted friend. The stars above seemed to smile down on them, as if blessing their union. And as the sun rose over the city of Overwatch, D.Va and her black friend lay there in each other's arms, knowing that they had found something truly special.

Start with deciding what you want the ending and moral of the story to be and work backwards from there.

Figure out what you want the story to be about, maybe think of some themes or motives that could support the point of the story (e.g. coming of age, hero's journey, loss.png) and then write a very rough outline of how you want the story to go down. Once you have that you can start writing scenes, and slot them into the progression one by one until you have everything you want. Then you just need to revise it and it's done

Start with the map. See it as the stage to play takes place on. Go from there.

Thinking is usually a pretty good starting point

Don't start with a story, have a basic game idea first then build a story around it. Example
    >Okay so my game has the player traveling different places in the world killing things
    >Why is the player character doing this?
    >Who are the enemies he's fighting?
    >Can X mechanic be explained in universe?
    >What tone? Serious? Silly?
Having a story first and having to design a game around it will be a pain unless you just make a walking sim.

I think you can have a story first, you just REALLY need to know what you're doing. Problem is most don't and want it to be this epic 3 part story that won't fricking fit into one game and has no guarantees of existing past the 1st one. If you're gonna make one, figure out what you want to happen. Make sensible gameplay around it. And keep in mind that it's still a video game, having video gamey elements for gameplay isn't a bad thing, because no one wants to grind for some stupid shit because you're autistic about your lore.

        >I think you can have a story first, you just REALLY need to know what you're doing.
I think even people who know what they're doing would at least know what genre of game they're going to make. Only way I can see this working out is if you're real confident in your writing that it'll be the main selling point of the game, people are willing to put up with meh gameplay if the story is good. I wouldn't reccomend a complete beginner try this though.

If you’ve never done it before, you should copy stories you like until you get a feel for it, and then modify specifics, until you get a feel for that. If you do that enough times, you’ll get a feel for what kind of story you like and how it all flows. Eventually, you’ll be able to just get a spark and write your own story from scratch.

This is what I did for my first novel. I borrowed a ton from popular movies/books I like. I essentially made the villain a miniograph of Darth Vader/The Emperor because I can't write villains to save my life
