SV is better than PLA, BDSP, and SWSH
Can't speak for BDSP but compared to SV, SWSH runs excellently. I could actually play that game without feeling total misery.
PLA is boring and SWSH is a glorified hall way. SV is an actual breath of fresh air experience with freedom we haven't seen in any other pokemon game.
