Big Boss coming back after dying in MG1 never made sense anyway. TPP was just a convoluted (But sensical) way to tie it all together. Big Boss survived mg1 because it wasnt big boss in the first place, easy plot hole solved

No, Medic dies. What I'm saying is that, when MG1 was first made, Big Boss still survived the final boss fight, hence setting up for a sequel. As such, there wasn't any mystery of how Big Boss appeared in MG2 in the first place.

Kojima wanted to end after MGS2. But Konami made him make more games, that's why 3 was a prequel about BB. Then they made him make MGS4 and a bunch of shit got retconned. Then they made him make V and he was real fricking sick of it at that point so he fricked around with all that money and got fired and they released an unfinished game and that's why it's so fricking trash.

Real Big Boss might not be actually contacting Snake, but just desperately screaming over whatever frequency he can find that he's still alive and won't stay down with Outer Heaven destroyed.
No clue. Presumably, he somehow evacuated Outer Heaven before the self-destruct sequence finished, or he had a special bunker that could withstand the bombs he put throughout his own country. MG2 tries to say that Outer Heaven was bombed by the government, but I guess you could say the first explosion was the self-destruct sequence and the second was the air raid.
When Metal Gear 1 was made, Big Boss revealing he survived happened after the credits. At no point did the series treat it like a mystery as to how he survived in MG1 -- that is, until MG V. The Phantom Pain introduced both the character of Medic and the idea that "Big Boss" genuinely died at Outer Heaven.
