Beacuse believe it or not companies aren't some single entity. They're a collection of employees. Many of which either leave or get fired after each project is finished. The Rocksteady that made those batman games are not the same Rocksteady that made Suicide Squad.

I think it would be better to have a consistentcy among art styles with the other Arkham games. Arkham Beyond would sell billions and then we would get a Bruce Timm style Beyond game later down the line from someone else. Frick I'd even take WB Montreal making it at this point I guess.
