I felt like throwing up back then because I had to get up at like 5:30 and I didn't get sleep obviously and having to eat when you haven't slept sucks. So I just quit breakfast in the uni. I wake up literally 15 mins before going to work. I just get dressed, brush my teeth, wash my face etc. And then leave for work. I keep a box of granola bars in my office at work, so I eat one with a coffee when I get to the office.
I wake up at 8:00, and I'm at work at 8:30.

Get your EPIC certification in Cogito Reporting tools, learn Clarity SQL, and get assigned to a Data Extracts team at a hospital.
Spend the first year redeveloping all the extracts to fix the indian garbage code, validate everything, automate everything, make sure it runs perfectly and quickly and has parameters so you can rerun anything if the database breaks.
Also build a data mapping tool so if a new request comes in, say that it will take 3 months to develop when you can actually do it all in 3days because you have everything already mapped.

After that just monitor the system (basically takes 30 minutes in the morning) and do whatever you want for the to the 7 and a half hours while you do your weekly progress updates on your projects which are basically already done and waiting to deploy to prod after "validation".

Looks like my current job as a sysadmin lol.
Apart from monitoring the infrastructure in the morning, if nothing breaks or fricks up during the day (it rarely does because I l know what I'm doing), I basically just wait and do whatever I want all day if I don't have any infrastructure projects to plan out.
When I'm feeling particularly productive, I document my own procedure and automate them as much as I can with scripts, meaning I get to work even less in future projects.
          Life is comfy my friends.

They don’t just magically appear by your side. This guy likely just doesn’t work with many women or know many men who know women, and his daily routine shows that he doesn’t really concern himself with going out of his way to meet women.
I’m the same age as this guy, and I’m not looking to date anyone right now. I’ve dated girls before and don’t feel the need to pull my hair out over finding a girlfriend to knock up and marry right now. Maybe he’s the same way.

I am so fricking mad about the current state of my sleep schedule. Regularly going to the gym 3-5 days a week, eating healthy, feeling great. Apparently my body decided I need less sleep. I go to bed at ten and I wake up at FOUR when it is still dark outside. I can't stop doing it either. What the frick is this? How do I stop this? How do I force myself to sleep later?

One day you'll probably wake up to notice you slept 9-10 hours on a night and then go back to shorter sleeps afterwards. Though for me it's the less extreme version of 7 hours for about 4 nights and then 9-10 for 1 night, then repeat.
No idea what's happening to you if it has been 6 hours a night for a long time already.

I'm way too tired for working out but I sometimes do home workout it before napping. Not a gym guy, since gyms in my country are full of aggressive and stupid roidheads that jump you and literally stab you to death for a stare. Not even joking one such guy stabbed a girl almost to death last week. Not interested in a family because I hate children and I enjoy my freedom more than walking behind a useless girl that's on her phone all day. I occasionally have sex hooking up with random girls when I go out with friends so that's more than enough to satisfy my needs.

luckily i work out in the midwest so working a gas station kitchen like this paid my house off and i have zero debt, most people my age haven't even bought a house let alone paid it off.

i really doubt such a thing is possible in other parts of the U.S. due to the cost of living in those areas.
