Kieran and Drayton on the other hand are the former champions of Unova's elite battling academy that has its own league (althought you never fight Drayton in quality of champion, only as Elite 4 because by the time you join the league Kieran has already beaten him and taken his place).
They don't have a champion title unlike BB league's presidents
You would have to add all fricking rivals and facility trainers, Volo and other people if it was about Champion "level" too, it's stupid, just do as GF did and stick to the word champion
