Its fine,I went back to postitive. It was shockingly easy, only 3 rebels appeared. I even conquered the rest of portugal.

The lowest I've been was like six or seven one time when I lost a few luxuries during a war but 33 goddamn man how you frick up this bad?
Its hard to say but look like you overextended too much without the necessary luxuries, civis, etc to sustain it. One little screenshot says nothing, I have no idea of what civics, faith, luxuries, etc you have so who knows.
Start doing everything you can to acquire some more luxuries or start spamming happiness buildings and maybe give a few settlements you can live without to your neighbors.

Getting happiness in this game is piss poor easy, with the army you have you can handle rebels for a moment before you get back
After playing civ 4 I could never play 5 or 6 ever again how the frick did I play these I have no idea.

You have to limit population. Either find the luxuries you need to make this city work, or sell it.
