which of these is best for each character
in which cases is bests to just use base instead of one of the ids

Shit matters only if the character is fully uptied, until then you will have to make do with the base Identities since they uptie with the story.
Liu Gregor is one of my favorites, Chef Ryoshu is pretty good, Warp Faust is shit, Kuro Hong Lu is fricking broken im amazed it hasnt been nerfed yet. From what Ive heard Mariachi Sinclair is shit. Never used Blade Yi, Seven Yi Sang's third skill is pretty good.
Between Legedermain and Suddenly it's just an issue of asking yourself "do I want big damage in a single enemy or pretty good damage to up to 3 enemies?"
My priorities from your loadout would be, in order: Liu Gregor or Pierre Ryoshu(though Ive heard G Corp Gregor is pretty good, havent had a chance to try it yet), L Corp Faust or Lineage Sinclair,
Kurokumo Hong Lu is so good you dont need to uptie it since that means you get more chances to use Cloud Cutter.
speaking solely off of railway your priorities should probably be g gregor, kurokumo hong lu, shi ishmael. both of your liu identities are good but its still kinda just a meme imo.

Hong Lu is a god and you can use any of his IDs, even base one, so decide if you want bleed or fire more >Sinclair
Dunno about BL, but he is quite weak otherwise, not Don levels of weak, you can use base if you leveled it up ( level up every your ID ) >Yi Sang
As far as I see it Yi Sang is fricking weak but again not as Don weak.
I suggest you to use G Corp Greg, Base Outis, L Corp Faust, N Corp Rodya, Kurokumo Hong Lu and Chef Ryoshu

Apple is overall better. If you have Lantern don't use it
Next IDs are probably Don and Yi Sang with Yi Sang getting Ideal 000 and Don 00.
Depends if your main team more Pierce or Slash oriented, if you're about Support passives. But I dunno why you would spend just for that thread on Shi Don
You need to uptie your IDs first of all. Base IDs uptie automatically as you progress the story so they're ok until then. As for that list
Base Outis is probably the better version of her that isn't Seven Outis
G Corp Greg is strong as frick. Liu is ok for a burn comp with the other Liu boys.
Chef Ryoshu seems to be pretty good so far but Seven is ok as well
L Faust is great. W Faust is pretty shit unless you got her Telepole EGO then she's only decent, but compared to her other IDs you'll probably never use her unless they give proper charge support.
Base Don is pretty bad so Shi, but you really want W Don
Meursault you run with the other Liu boys
Shi Ish is pretty nice once she hits 50% hp
N Rodya is pretty good. LCCB's S3 is pretty nice buy her other 2 skills aren't that good.
Sinclair doesn't really have any good standout IDs. I'd run Blade Lineage over Mariachi but honestly his base ID is ok too

Ryoshu chef seems like her best ID.
Dont use faust unless you have her Grippy version.
Don use Don unless you have W corp ID.
Mearsault Liu is decent, and his Ego might justify using him, but if you can, wait until you have Banersault.
Ishmael LCCB and Reindeer are great, dont thread anything else.
Sinclair has only decent IDs, none of them are exceptionally good, so just use base one that gets threaded for free.
Yi sang seven section is kind of good, really useful in refraction railway.
You forgot about hong lu, which is ok because all of his IDs are insane.
About the base gregor Ego or legerdenmain, Leger is probably the best ego in the game in general, super strong in clashes, strong damage, AoE, and cheap so you can spam it constantly. Thread it as soon as you can, G corp gregor generates all of the resources by himself too
I hope people aren't seriously rolling for Sinclair EGO as if it is an ID. It still have EGO rates (which is like 1% chance). All the banner does is give the EGO itself double odds (so 0.6% instead of 0.3%) so if you do get an EGO whatsoever it have an ever so slight chance of being his. You can literally check the odds whenever for yourself. Basically required to use Egoshards if you want it for the drop bonus that it gives. No amount of rolls will give you decent odds to warrant the massive lunacy waste.

Yeah, they said it in the roadmap that this event was chapter 3.5, basically a pitstop before chapter 4.
I dont understand a word of korean, but i feel like the localization team is taking a lot more of liberties here compared to other chapters, the characters say things that just feel like they dont match the translation. Most notably so far is "Yi-sang" getting translated as "Such is his feathery song", and Dante's "Tick tock tick tock" getting translated as "That ruffled your feathers, huh, Yi-Sang". I know Koreans aren't the kings of subtlety, but even this seems a bit off.
Uptying doesn't affect the bonus. It's a flat 60% regardless.
As for which ID, I've had success with both Base and Blade Sinclair so really it's up to your comp and which sins you need generated. Sinclair doesn't really have any "good" IDs but those two are probably his best ones so pick your poison.
Yes because you wanna farm the event mirror dungeon so you bring both of them. Although you can probably get away with only levelling Ryoshu unless you're counting on your remaining 3 IDs to carry you.

You miss out on Lobotomy which is basically keeping your SCPs in a cage but you need to get energy out of them.
Ruina is eh.. I skipped it because I didn't like it but some people like it, so you don't take my word on it.

Yes, a lot. You do you, but I strongly recommend playing the other games first.
Lobcorp is a 2D SCP management game, a little bit like Fallout Shelter, with VN elements.
Ruina is a linear deckbuilding card battler with VN elements (combat is similar to Limbus).
Both are good, consider playing them, pirate if unsure.
They know the Abno battles are better too, after all they're the only mode available in the official endgame mode
Not sure why they keep it in the game, it's not like there's no "quick battle" button, the Win Rate/Damage buttons are there for a reason

R Cliff, Base Sinc, Shi or W Don (I prefer Shi), Cook Ryo, and Cook Greg, equip Lifetime Stew for Sinc and Don, press winrate, try to get both chicken gifts ("Chicken is chicken, duh" and "You saw nothing" for best results), repeat ad nauseum.
Event's been fun and the story stuff and character interactions were great.
I don't think I'll go for that 6,000 though, 3.5-10 isn't something thoughtless you can breeze through while doing shit on another monitor when you're bringing pierregor and sinclair and the boss can OHK from full health with all its stacking attack buffs.

Yi Sang explained in his example that removing the concept of Mephi will also remove Mephi from existence. Same can be applied to abnormalities.

Maybe it is a temporary erasure, to take the recipe as an example, the ingredients still exist so there's a definite possibility of that recipe being developed again from someone else down the line. I do kind of regret spending 50 rolls on 7 Outis even though her passive is nice to have. But I have enough for 100 rolls left and I'm missing 2 000 and 6 EGO with enough yellow boxes to redeem 3 (not counting egoshards).
I rolled my outis first try and saved my Lunacy for this event.
I got her when I wasn't even on her banner. I was using a normal exaction ticket and got her. Completely skip the need to even look at her banner at all.

why is COOKA Gregor so fricking bad specifically against the final boss of the farm dungeon? Usually welfare units, even if they're shit in general, have the event battles tailored around them so that they're at least useful there. The man can't win a single fricking clash in a fight that's all about winning clashes. And you can't even bench him because MD rules
His clashing values are bad but he inflicts bind(which translates to party wide clashing power in the dungeon) and has Sins/damage types that are good for the dungeon. PM is just legitimately moronic when it comes to game balance and probably thought his low clash value was fine thanks to his coin count and statuses.

I like the skill in your image and the purple one a lot. Though I might be heavily bias because the event seem to literally be built around kicking ass as Ryo. Fatal damage everywhere.
He's got utility with lots of paralyze, he's got bleed, goes nicely with the other cook ID, has some nice self-sustain and his support skill is an OK downgrade from G Corp Greg's.
His resistances are pretty nice, I don't remember there being lots of slash resistances, and same for his sin ones.
But honestly, no. The resistances are OK, sure, you can argue he's kind of a sort of okay tank, but his clashing potential is so bad, and the damage just isn't there. Paralyze IS nice sure, but you know who else you can bring along that has even more paralyze, good clashing and lel-tier damage, coupled with slash resistance?
KK Hong Lu. I don't think Cook Greg will ever see use after this event.
G Gregor was already too perfect. A shame too because Liu Gregor is fun as hell and look amazing. Gregor is just too good of a character with a ton of good IDs and one clearly amazing one that overshadow all of the others. Meanwhile Sinclair can't get a decent ID to save his life.

Liu Gregor is one of my favorites, Chef Ryoshu is pretty good, Warp Faust is shit, Kuro Hong Lu is fricking broken im amazed it hasnt been nerfed yet. From what Ive heard Mariachi Sinclair is shit. Never used Blade Yi, Seven Yi Sang's third skill is pretty good.
Between Legedermain and Suddenly it's just an issue of asking yourself "do I want big damage in a single enemy or pretty good damage to up to 3 enemies?"

G Corp Greg is strong as frick. Liu is ok for a burn comp with the other Liu boys.
Chef Ryoshu seems to be pretty good so far but Seven is ok as well
L Faust is great. W Faust is pretty shit unless you got her Telepole EGO then she's only decent, but compared to her other IDs you'll probably never use her unless they give proper charge support.
Base Don is pretty bad so Shi, but you really want W Don
Meursault you run with the other Liu boys
Shi Ish is pretty nice once she hits 50% hp
N Rodya is pretty good. LCCB's S3 is pretty nice buy her other 2 skills aren't that good.
Sinclair doesn't really have any good standout IDs. I'd run Blade Lineage over Mariachi but honestly his base ID is ok too

About the base gregor Ego or legerdenmain, Leger is probably the best ego in the game in general, super strong in clashes, strong damage, AoE, and cheap so you can spam it constantly. Thread it as soon as you can, G corp gregor generates all of the resources by himself too

I hope people aren't seriously rolling for Sinclair EGO as if it is an ID. It still have EGO rates (which is like 1% chance). All the banner does is give the EGO itself double odds (so 0.6% instead of 0.3%) so if you do get an EGO whatsoever it have an ever so slight chance of being his. You can literally check the odds whenever for yourself. Basically required to use Egoshards if you want it for the drop bonus that it gives. No amount of rolls will give you decent odds to warrant the massive lunacy waste.

Yeah, they said it in the roadmap that this event was chapter 3.5, basically a pitstop before chapter 4.
I dont understand a word of korean, but i feel like the localization team is taking a lot more of liberties here compared to other chapters, the characters say things that just feel like they dont match the translation. Most notably so far is "Yi-sang" getting translated as "Such is his feathery song", and Dante's "Tick tock tick tock" getting translated as "That ruffled your feathers, huh, Yi-Sang". I know Koreans aren't the kings of subtlety, but even this seems a bit off.

As for which ID, I've had success with both Base and Blade Sinclair so really it's up to your comp and which sins you need generated. Sinclair doesn't really have any "good" IDs but those two are probably his best ones so pick your poison.

If you get unlucky with the rolls (which is actually possible, due to all the SP damage) the boss can actually one-turn kill sinners. My Sinclair died turn 1

I mean you can get screwed pretty hard and get 100-0’ed turn one with bad rng from one attack, but it’s nothing a reset can’t fix.
His clashing values are bad but he inflicts bind(which translates to party wide clashing power in the dungeon) and has Sins/damage types that are good for the dungeon. PM is just legitimately moronic when it comes to game balance and probably thought his low clash value was fine thanks to his coin count and statuses.

He's got utility with lots of paralyze, he's got bleed, goes nicely with the other cook ID, has some nice self-sustain and his support skill is an OK downgrade from G Corp Greg's.
His resistances are pretty nice, I don't remember there being lots of slash resistances, and same for his sin ones.

But honestly, no. The resistances are OK, sure, you can argue he's kind of a sort of okay tank, but his clashing potential is so bad, and the damage just isn't there. Paralyze IS nice sure, but you know who else you can bring along that has even more paralyze, good clashing and lel-tier damage, coupled with slash resistance?

G Gregor was already too perfect. A shame too because Liu Gregor is fun as hell and look amazing. Gregor is just too good of a character with a ton of good IDs and one clearly amazing one that overshadow all of the others. Meanwhile Sinclair can't get a decent ID to save his life.
Pretty much. If you have G-Greg, there's actually zero reason to use Chef since he's just a worse G-Greg in every single way.
