people still play sf30th, bbtag, mk11 and power rangers on switch, shit like bbcf or +r are dead because they didn't update those game with rollback netcode (and +R had a nearly unplayable netcode before the update).
>USFIV
you don't need rollback for a game people only jerk off to because it was their first SF and their childhood OP. You just do what all 09'ers do, load it up, do an FADC against the CPU on training stage only, turn it off after 10 minutes and then take to the internet to complain that fighting games today aren't just USFIV, MvC3 or even SFxT.
Isn't rollback much harder for 3D games? My understanding is that it's in effect trading save-states to keep them in sync. Sure, you can do that in 2022 with a CPS3 or Atomswise game, but how are you doing that with a PS3/360 game?
My guess is that you save-state the frame data instead the whole game?
Capcom should breathe some life into USFIV and port it to Switch, it'd be ez money especially since they're missing out from not putting SFVI on it.
Nobody plays fighting games on switch
>Nobody plays fighting games on switch
Nobody plays fighting games in general, the only one who care are either boomers, Black folk or spics
That's a cope. Other platforms have a sizeable playerbase to work with. It's a ghost town on Switch unless you play Smash.
>Other platforms have a sizeable playerbase to work with
lol
>No rebuttal
I accept your concession.
>fighting game homosexual still in denial
Its all you can accept lmao
All I see is some seething switchcel coping over having no games. kek

All these games have more players on other platforms, especially PC.
Goalposts firmly shifted. Got it.

You realise Xrd is fricking 3D right?
>You realise Xrd is fricking 3D right?
Could have fooled me!
Quake's implimentation is not the same as modern fightcade rollback. GGPO pioneered the technology then made it open and available to others.
>GGPO pioneered the technology
lol
>>GGPO pioneered the technology
Fact.
you didn't even know that Xrd was a 3D game
why are all FGChimps so fricking arrogant in their moronation?
>Isn't rollback much harder for 3D games
You realize Quake in 1997 used rollback right?
>bbtag
>more players on other platforms, especially PC
lmao
Why doesn't DBFZ have rollback yet, did scamco tell arcsys to give up
Maybe another decade when it gets on the Capcom Fighting Game Collection II. Capcom wants people to go to the new game or get left behind.
Rollback is a fricking meme.
SFV has rollback and I have never, EVER gotten a match as smooth as the 5 bar matches I had in SFIV
SFV has pajeet rollback
Strives rollback is actually good
MvCI's was also pretty good so I have hope SFVI isn't gonna frick it up.
Capcom is one of the most israeli companies on the planet still. Just because they made one or two decent games lately doesn't make that not true.
It REALLY needs the option to rematch players as well.
