I played through the game with my girlfriend. It is actually a perfect GF game because she spent her time growing crops, decorating the house, and making it all look pretty. Meanwhile I was out killing monsters in the dungeon and fishing. We played the game until a year or so passed (in game) and then we had out fun with it and were done.
