Because companies need to make money. If your theoretical company was selling cheap prebuilts without overcharging like the big names it wouldn't stay afloat. Consoles get away with selling at cost or even at a loss because people buy games from that same company, leading to a profit. With a PC you aren't buying games directly from the assembler.

Just buy a Mini PC dude. I got the Minisforum HX99G. It's the only mini PC on the market that has a dedicated graphics card. Granted it's a mobile Ryzen 6600M, but it can run anything at 1080p 60 fps. Some games can even run 1440p and 4K at 30 fps.
They even have cheaper versions with the HX80G and HX90G. Simple as that.
