>all pc keyboards
that keyboard in the picture is already missing 3 keys there
explain to me where exactly this key goes?
because it goes alt key | OS key | menu key | ctrl
I can see it replacing the OS key, but I would not buy any keyboard that lacks the alt key, menu key, or ctrl. Even the OS key is circumstantially useful and I would be hesitant to replace it
what is this AI button even meant to do? because idc if microshit wants it, I will not buy any keyboard that lacks the existing keys
micro$hit always tries to go all in on the hot new thing so it doesn't fall behind and become irrelevant but its always just had to gut it out of the OS later anyway when it doesn't pan out, not that AI wont pan out, but M$ does a lot of dumb shit
oh micro$hit WILL frick it up
but there are more people working on it than just them, I don't believe there is a 0% chance (nor a 100% chance) of it not working because there are others in the same space doing shit
>what is this AI button even meant to do?
shill their garbage against your will. I just wish shitdows would let easily you remap your keyboard layout on the fly without external tools (e.g. msklc). nothing worse than having useless keys.
>leased PC >OS subscription model >mandatory always online >updates cannot be disabled >live censorship of content you see >writing something offensive to the current day programming >get banned from using my PC >have to pay a fee and sign up to re-eduction to use it again >all moderation decisions are made by AI >Dall-E's sensibilities for blocking prompts is a taste of what their voice and text moderation AIs will do
Kill me now
>play an old video game or watch a classic movie on your PC >built-in windows AI digitally alters it to insert "ethnically ambiguous" characters just like bing image generator does
I can't wait for people to start throwing a fit about this replacing the useless menu button that just does a right click.
Great, I didn't even have to wait. Look, it's even le 2015 WEF tweet smiling man. What a great era we live in where the same tired shitty memes can live for 9 years just because the current userbase is no longer capable of creating anything new.
The next Xbox will probably have lots of built-in AI bullshit that will be marketed as the main selling point of the console. Microsoft is obsessed with forcing AI into literally everything right now.
AI for programmers, spits out code snippets. Microsoft started offering it on github not that long ago, and a lot of devs abandoned github in response, because they don't want their code being stolen and used by copilot without their permission.
Assuming this isn't some kinda bait, it means the screenshot taker is separated by at least 3 edges on the LinkedIn social network from Sreekanth. Thankfully.
It will 100% work if they make it convenient and enough and it doesn't creep people out. >but shit like in OP is not helping, it just pisses people off.
Laterally NO ONE would give a frick about that. There are two camps of keyboard users
1. People with gaming keyboards who have 50 extra buttons, this doesn't affect them
2. People who type with 2 fingers and wouldn't even notice it.
It shouldn't be anywhere near the OS at all so it won't be convenient and it's creepy to start with while also denying the owner of the computer some processing power to run their stupid shit. They won't make it optional because this invasive shit is the only way someone would use microsoft garbage outside of windows.

chill out man I just explained that it'll be a miniature edge since no one likes launching the browser to ask bing chat stupid questions, they're just making that a bit more convenient for people that might want it.

It's addressing the problem that Microsoft have invested literally gorillions of dollars into """"AI""" and now they need to force you to use it so they can make their investment back.

people who unironically use ChatGPT instead of google for literally everything.

well we'll just have to see what happens this year.
just before Christmas all the world govts agreed that in 2024 they'll come up with laws to govern this new AI shit
wouldnt be surprised if some employers start making it a requirement that you use it for something, just like how most jobs these days require that you have a smart phone and that you install 4 or 5 fricking work apps they can buzz you on
>laws to govern this new AI shit
i.e. corporate lobbyists will buy congressmen and get them to pass whatever will further pad their already close to bursting pockets
instead of googling what they want to know the answer to, they search for a video on tiktok explaining it, usually with some homosexual using iphone headphones instead of a mic and pointing upwards at text for no reason
Linux has hit 10% before, and it will hit 10% again. Every time it happens the distribution that has taken off gets declared to not count by Microsofties and the cycle repeats.
Steam for Linux is going to hit 5% this year in North America, with about a solid 3% of that being SteamOS. It is only a matter of time before they come up with a new cope.
Steam Deck was a huge boon for linux gaming. it's not just a large install base, it's that said install base is on a single hardware platform, so there's way less QA necessary to ensure it works if you're only targeting "steam deck compatibility" with non-steam deck linux support being an unintended side-effect that you don't need to test for.
honestly a 300 IQ play by gaben if his goal is to actually dethrone windows as the gaming OS. it's still a long way off from happening, but it's much, much closer now than it was five years ago.

they already said like 6 or 7 years ago now that eventually Windows itself will be a monthly subscription.

Windows is already down to 30%, and it is likely to drop further. Microsoft's bet as always is that the increased monetization of their user base will drive some small percentage away, but it will generate more overall revenue from the users who are left.
Every PC gamer could get fed up and drop Windows tomorrow, and it wouldn't really affect Microsoft's bottom line.
Now that I think about it the only people I know that own windows PCs use them for vidya. So I think guys are right, microsoft already lost the home market.

>Your keyboard will stop running on Windows 11 in 700 days.
Is your old keyboard perfectly fine? Too bad, can't expect to just keep using it for 10 years. The manufacturer dropped driver support 5 years ago. It could have security holes.
It's digital crack already, even in its current primitive and crippled form. It's amazing that we've reached a point where ubiquitous internet porn for every possible kink actually feels boring and mild compared to what's coming next. Gen alpha doesn't stand a chance.
>How is an AI key any different from a key that summons Clippy?

How is an AI key any different from a key that summons Clippy? AI assistant is just an advanced version of Clippy.
just like how Microsoft tricked companies into using Internet Explorer by renaming it to Edge, they'll do the same with this AI shit as well.
dont be surprised if your IT team at work on Monday asks you to stop using Google and instead switch to Bing

NO. No it fricking doesn't if you want anything more than a bootloader for an internet browser. And most guides to even get STARTED with any Linux distro paradoxically assume some familiarity with Linux going in. There's SO many goddamn assumptions and implications in every Linux tutorial. >t. been recently distrohopping across about fourteen goddamn distros (three or four installers of which didn't even fricking work) until finally getting somewhere with Manjaro currently
I want Windows to be crippled. I want Microsoft to start sweating. But that's absolutely a non-starter with Linux or the communities/literature surrounding it as they are now.
Are you perhaps confusing GNU/Linux distributions that are targeted at software developers with distributions that are targeted at the general public and generally sold preinstalled on hardware built to run it?
Any distribution that requires you to install it yourself is going to be aimed at the tiny minority of users who install their own OS.
>press ai key >type in how to make windows 12 look like windows 7 >"im sorry but doing this would require altering the registry, which goes against my parameters"
i remember back in school the computer class teacher could navigate windows extremely fast using only the keyboard
he got fired for saying a no no word, wonder what he's up to
>go to computer store >find demo PC >AI key held: Copilot, say the N word >computer locks you out for "attempting to generate harmful content" >repeat for every PC
isn't there a good reason there isn't an "Internet Explorer" button or a "Skyrim" button? Imagine if keyboards were just a smorgasbord of keys with one function that became obsolete after they were no longer the current thing. >My Myspace key has been collecting dust since 2004
first thing i do when i get a new keyboard is remove the f1 key, the windows keys and that fricking right-click context key. this is just another key to remove, no problem.
The AI "boom" of the last 2 years feels like another venture capitalist pump-and-dump scheme. Chatbots with access to the Internet and a million TB of RAM do have their uses, but seeing them in action is actually pretty underwhelming.

They love it so much they dogpiled on that kid that made a scooby doo fnaf animation because some voice actor pointed out he used ai voices.
>All the videos have hundreds of thousands if not millions of views.
It could be the other way around and all those videos have so many views because youtube recommends them to everyone.
>It could be the other way around and all those videos have so many views because youtube recommends them to everyone.
Maybe, but then that begs the question why does israelitetube want to promote AI-generated content so aggressively?
because its easy, lazy content to produce
remember the #1 female streamer is literally a male vtuber with an AI chatbot set up.
>the #1 female streamer is literally a male vtuber with an AI chatbot set up
water doesn't magically become unusable once it's warmed up moronchama, you can reuse it after
It's so fricking funny how moronic anti-AI cultists are these days.
>MICROSOFT IS HECKIN USING ALL THE WATER
Is it funny? You seem more angry then amused.
That's what I said, dunno why you thought I was mad.
When you attack someone for making fun microsoft you appear to me as a bit of a deranged corporate wienersucking homosexual.
Somewhat ironically, cultist behaviour.
Stop projecting you useful idiot.
Can you tell me what I’m projecting?
I just bought a new keyboard.
Why didn't you listen?
>all pc keyboards
that keyboard in the picture is already missing 3 keys there
explain to me where exactly this key goes?
because it goes alt key | OS key | menu key | ctrl
I can see it replacing the OS key, but I would not buy any keyboard that lacks the alt key, menu key, or ctrl. Even the OS key is circumstantially useful and I would be hesitant to replace it
what is this AI button even meant to do? because idc if microshit wants it, I will not buy any keyboard that lacks the existing keys
micro$hit always tries to go all in on the hot new thing so it doesn't fall behind and become irrelevant but its always just had to gut it out of the OS later anyway when it doesn't pan out, not that AI wont pan out, but M$ does a lot of dumb shit
>not that AI wont pan out
Ye of little faith, microsoft WILL find a way to frick it up and make everything worse for everyone.
oh micro$hit WILL frick it up
but there are more people working on it than just them, I don't believe there is a 0% chance (nor a 100% chance) of it not working because there are others in the same space doing shit
>what is this AI button even meant to do?
shill their garbage against your will. I just wish shitdows would let easily you remap your keyboard layout on the fly without external tools (e.g. msklc). nothing worse than having useless keys.
>copilot
What happened to cortana? Ms can't do anything right
so does this mean keyboards will have 105 keys now? (assuming a murrican keyboard, yuros would have 106)
Cool if they push for more AI integration they will also offer us a local install un-lobotomized AI to go along with it right?
they're going to put an AI in the OS and it will censor your porn and antisemitic txt files
bing chat, chatgpt
>leased PC
>OS subscription model
>mandatory always online
>updates cannot be disabled
>live censorship of content you see
>writing something offensive to the current day programming
>get banned from using my PC
>have to pay a fee and sign up to re-eduction to use it again
>all moderation decisions are made by AI
>Dall-E's sensibilities for blocking prompts is a taste of what their voice and text moderation AIs will do
Kill me now
>play an old video game or watch a classic movie on your PC
>built-in windows AI digitally alters it to insert "ethnically ambiguous" characters just like bing image generator does
alright, fine. if ALL of these happen I will finally install linux.
oh great, another fricking useless key no one wanted on top of more spying bloat that takes control over your own system
>your own system
It's This Computer, not My Computer, you fricking goy. How dare you think you own your computer
in defense of that, more people own multiple computers now
All of my computers are my computers
Exactly. It says "My computer" but which one? I have three. "This computer" is more specific.
But now you don't know who owns it
Yeah I do? Why would I need my computer to tell me I own it?
I can't wait for people to start throwing a fit about this replacing the useless menu button that just does a right click.
Great, I didn't even have to wait. Look, it's even le 2015 WEF tweet smiling man. What a great era we live in where the same tired shitty memes can live for 9 years just because the current userbase is no longer capable of creating anything new.
>LEAVE MICROSOFT ALONE YOU FRICKING CHUDS
You seem upset, pajeet.
Less useful than a Doug key would be
I'm not upgrading my keyboard.
Will future consoles or pc's have dedicated extra cpu just for the AI?
The next Xbox will probably have lots of built-in AI bullshit that will be marketed as the main selling point of the console. Microsoft is obsessed with forcing AI into literally everything right now.
>another key for something win+c already does (opens copilot shit)
>LOOK INVESTORS WERE DOING AI JUST LIKE YOU SAW ON TV
whats an AI key supposed to do???
it opens copilot. no really that's all it does.
>it opens copilot
I mean hopefully it's program specific, so if I press it in vscode or VS it just finishes the TODOs in the function I'm in.
I don’t know what copilot is.
>I don’t know what copilot is.
Clippy v2.0
I thought that was cortana.
It makes sure your computer experience is safe & ethical.
nobody does that's why they're forcing it with a new key
>normies: durrr what does this key do? oh wow ai! copilot open facebook!! wowzers!
AI for programmers, spits out code snippets. Microsoft started offering it on github not that long ago, and a lot of devs abandoned github in response, because they don't want their code being stolen and used by copilot without their permission.
Sweet, they replaced a useless key that does one pointless thing with another.
most underrated key 🙁
Don't fricking ask questions chud. Just embrace AI because its the heckin future.
Nothing. It's just a shortcut to open some pre-installed software. It's like having a dedicated Netflix button on your smart TV's remote.
It AIs.
Is it not just cortana with ai?
copilot is more like shitty chatgpt mixed with bing
Who the frick asked for this? Who uses this shit? Who is the target group?
>Who uses this shit? Who is the target group?
Indians.
>3rd+
i'm assuming that's a title
It's 3rd world deluxe now chud
Assuming this isn't some kinda bait, it means the screenshot taker is separated by at least 3 edges on the LinkedIn social network from Sreekanth. Thankfully.
they're trying to displace google with it. their target group is everyone.
it might actually work to some degree, but shit like in OP is not helping, it just pisses people off.
I won't support anything that tries to force AI down my throat, simple as
Linux is the way and the future
I'm neither of them. And it pisses me off. What now?
most people aren't even going to know it's there, so "it's not helping."
It shouldn't be anywhere near the OS at all so it won't be convenient and it's creepy to start with while also denying the owner of the computer some processing power to run their stupid shit. They won't make it optional because this invasive shit is the only way someone would use microsoft garbage outside of windows.
It'll just be a small internet browser you dork. It doesn't run locally.
>It'll just be a small internet browser you dork. It doesn't run locally.
and they still won't ever let me turn it off, strange isn't it? If that's all it is why can't they even stop reinstalling edge every few updates? microsoft creations suck ass and tying them into the OS so that they're difficult to disable or remove needs to stop.
chill out man I just explained that it'll be a miniature edge since no one likes launching the browser to ask bing chat stupid questions, they're just making that a bit more convenient for people that might want it.
When did things get so bad, I read recently that apple solders ram and storage to the mainboard and you have to pay thousands of dollars to upgrade
Just rebind it to something useful.
Nice try, Podesta
What problem is this addressing? Alternatively, what is the AI use-case that requires a single dedicated key?
This screams marketing bullshit.
>What problem is this addressing?
It's addressing the problem that Microsoft have invested literally gorillions of dollars into """"AI""" and now they need to force you to use it so they can make their investment back.
>what is the AI use-case that requires a single dedicated key?
people who unironically use ChatGPT instead of google for literally everything.
Zoomers use Tiktok instead of google, everyone else gets ChatGPT to tell them shit or link them to shit now
hell /tg/gays are using it to automatically generate entire D&D campaigns and Eve Online players use it for ship fits.
I have still never used ChatGPT even once in my life, and I'd like to keep it that way.
well we'll just have to see what happens this year.
just before Christmas all the world govts agreed that in 2024 they'll come up with laws to govern this new AI shit
wouldnt be surprised if some employers start making it a requirement that you use it for something, just like how most jobs these days require that you have a smart phone and that you install 4 or 5 fricking work apps they can buzz you on
>laws to govern this new AI shit
i.e. corporate lobbyists will buy congressmen and get them to pass whatever will further pad their already close to bursting pockets
>Zoomers use Tiktok instead of google
How?
instead of googling what they want to know the answer to, they search for a video on tiktok explaining it, usually with some homosexual using iphone headphones instead of a mic and pointing upwards at text for no reason
>Ganker can't use AI on their 10 key less custom mechanical keyboards
kek. obsolete.
Yeaaaah...having an Ai constantly linked to my computer activity is gonna be a no from me dawg.
Looks like 2024 is the year to jump to Linux.
Been happy that Linux is growing. if it reaches 10% of the market then I think at that point it would be user-friendly enough for the smarter normies.
If anything Linux should lean INTO AI but make it not creepy and keep it open.
FOSS AI stuff is already starting to be a thing and i think ultimately it'll probably displace proprietary AI. agree
Microsoft is reaaaally far ahead but yeah. In general it won't matter too much because even weaker AI will be super useful.
>settings
>change control bindings
>bind input to AI key
>implying you'll be allowed to do that
MS will protect that key from being bound out of sheer spite and you will have to do a registry edit to un-protect it.
>still have an ugly key with some gay AI symbol on your keyboard
Time to start hoarding old keyboards.
>doesn't have custom keys
homosexual
key bindings will be monetized
maybe
they already said like 6 or 7 years ago now that eventually Windows itself will be a monthly subscription.
watch them make custom key bindings locked behind a paywall, or put some software block on non-compliant keyboards
>Windows itself will be a monthly subscription.
Isn’t that a bad idea for market share?
Everyone uses windows now because it comes preinstalled and fulfils all their normalgay needs. But if your new pc nickels and dimes you forever, wouldn’t you just buy a macbook or something?
Or am I overestimating the goyim?
>Isn’t that a bad idea for market share?
no
remember the home consumer is only like 5% of their market
microshart already have monthly subscriptions on all their corporate/business software and make bank off of it
t.my work recently switched from using google docs etc for free and now pays thousands in annual subscriptions for worse software
Now that I think about it the only people I know that own windows PCs use them for vidya. So I think guys are right, microsoft already lost the home market.
I own a small business and do all the admin work myself with a pirated copy of office and I’ve never felt the need to update anything for years, I might be a bit out of the loop.
>microsoft already lost the home market.
yep, because almost anything you used to need a Home PC for can now be done on phone apps.
Home PCs are nearly all gaming PCs now, and microsoft doesnt make money from them.
>Isn’t that a bad idea for market share?
Windows is already down to 30%, and it is likely to drop further. Microsoft's bet as always is that the increased monetization of their user base will drive some small percentage away, but it will generate more overall revenue from the users who are left.
Every PC gamer could get fed up and drop Windows tomorrow, and it wouldn't really affect Microsoft's bottom line.
This
They make all their money charing $30k/mo to businesses that need 100s of copies of Office365 and Windows, Outlook and all their other shit.
Their cheapest 1-PC plan is $129/year
Even a small company with 20 PCs needs to drop $215/mo on it.
Once you factor in costs of other software as well, a lot of companies lose tens of thousands a month in this shit
This
Windows already blocks the user from editing
certain registry files. It's only going to get worse from here on out.
can windows actually block that? Rebinding keys is a basic function in AutoHotKey.
As a closed source OS, Microsoft can force Windows to be whatever they demand and users have zero recourse.
>As a closed source OS
you morons keep yapping about >muh open sores. how much say do you think you have any say in how open sores projects are developed? I'll give you a hint: none
>b-but we can f-fork
will you maintain it? oh wait no you won't because you're just a moron nocoder who likes to brag about work he didn't do.
in fact, actual devs are sick of wintard rapefugees like you because you're a tech-support burden who expects busy programmers to hold their hand.
Frick Microsoft, Arch Linux has been treating me real good lately.
>YEAR OF THE LINUX 2024!
lol
>>fact in greentext
>lol
ah, the classic cope
sirs OS will now use 80% of your ram making AI clippy very fast
I'll have to use a jail break and prefill if I want to play gta4 or vtmb.
>it's going to replace the menu application key instead of the superfluous second Windows key
Well that's fricking moronic. A lot of people may not have used it, but at least it adds functionality, unlike just having a duplicate key.
But then it's not even a new key. It's just a new picture on an old key.
Well of course it's not actually a new key, they need new keyboards to work on other/older OSes, and old keyboards to work on new Windows.
>bloated AI forced on users
>absolutely terrible context menu changes
I'm going to switch to linux before I switch to Windows 11.
>Oh cool another button for me to rip off!
still uses the start menu which is all the key does
I use windows+shift+S all the time to take screen snippets
there's a few more combos that do specific shit like that too
Oh boy, I'm excited for the Dall-E Avatargayging General to have a dedicated fricking button on their Hello Kitty keyboards
it's PROMPT time
who cares about the developers
>CORTANA TELL ME THE ANSWER TO THIS VIDEO GAME SECRET
>Your keyboard will stop running on Windows 11 in 700 days.
Is your old keyboard perfectly fine? Too bad, can't expect to just keep using it for 10 years. The manufacturer dropped driver support 5 years ago. It could have security holes.
Pretty sure that's just the button that opens the right-click menu.
They won't, it won't be used, keyboard manufacturers won't add it. If linux supports it it'll just be Meta 2.
It'll use AI to predict when you're about to type a gamer word and preemptively alt + F4 your game.
>tfw I use GPT-4 to coom to RP stories with SillyTavern
Have you guys ever tried it? It's really addicting.
I'm not a degenerate so no, I don't have any interest in such things.
Do you need to pay for that?
Yes, but you can easily just find a proxy that has free GPT-4 keys. Ganker's /aicg/ general has a few.
I'm a degenerate and I've been using it for a year now. Creating bots is fun tho besides the cooming.
Same except I use a local model because I don't feel like hunting down keys. I barely use anything else to coom anymore.
It's digital crack already, even in its current primitive and crippled form. It's amazing that we've reached a point where ubiquitous internet porn for every possible kink actually feels boring and mild compared to what's coming next. Gen alpha doesn't stand a chance.
>It's digital crack already
I found it pretty boring.
ALL HAIL THE AI OVERLORDS
for me, its the Japanese keyboard
the ching-chong buttons next to the Space bar make perfect push to talk keys.
I'd rather have an extra button at the cost of a smaller shift instead of a smaller space bar.
Nice onions keyboard
QWERTZ is where it's at, kumpel.
two WIN keys were always fricking pointless. they can switch that
>illiterate
ngmi
but you yuropoors fewer buttons
>usually with some homosexual using iphone headphones instead of a mic and pointing upwards at text for no reason
it replaces r win so it will become the newest key you never press just like right shift, r alt, and your netflix key
>chatgpt open steam, go to my library, go to my collection, select backlog, chatgpt play
>chatgpt, make a thread about this game on Ganker
>increase reply shitpost saturation by 60%
>disengage safety protocols
>replace function key
>call it a new key
wowwwwww
Why is Ganker suddenly mad about this? We agreed this was fricking BASED! are all the inkcels online or something?
Enjoy your dystopia, wienergobbler
From what I'm reading, it's essentially a cortana key. I'm not sure the OS will let devs have access to it
I've yet to be convinced that neural networks/deep learning won't make everything worse for everyone.
can it replace this key? i've never used it and I don't even know what to call it
Huh.. I've never noticed this key before. It's literally just right click.
the only key I need is the pet sis key
I don't even have a windows key
Another bullshit key to frick up my game when I'm reaching for ctrl
>AI key
that shit can be remapped to the menu key, right?
>accidentally hit ai key
>game detects you trying to use ai-based cheats
>instantly banned
Since you no longer own your OS, you no longer have the right to decide how your OS interprets key imputs.
Useless tech, just like MS itself.
>press AI key
>mutates your hand beyond recognition
How is an AI key any different from a key that summons Clippy? AI assistant is just an advanced version of Clippy.
yep
>How is an AI key any different from a key that summons Clippy?
Did clippy have a dedicated AI chip in your PC?
Good point, clippy didn’t sell me out.
ok but when are we finally getting the elusive Any key?
The push to switch to Linux grows stronger each day.
>key on the right side of the keyboard
Never going to use, as I jerk off with my right hand.
Some laptops had dedicated Cortana buttons.
just like how Microsoft tricked companies into using Internet Explorer by renaming it to Edge, they'll do the same with this AI shit as well.
dont be surprised if your IT team at work on Monday asks you to stop using Google and instead switch to Bing
edge is literally chrome
Edge has a built in mode to emulate internet explorer.
It doesn't use Trident anymore though. Its a KHTML browser like everything else is these days (other than Firefox). It can just fake some of IE's bad behaviors, but all the browsers can do that these days.
Microsoft can force windows users to shove a 12 inch dildo up their asses and they still won't install linux;
because Linux desktop still sucks far too much.
>but it just wer-
So if not "Linux" then what? BSD?
Are you perhaps confusing GNU/Linux distributions that are targeted at software developers with distributions that are targeted at the general public and generally sold preinstalled on hardware built to run it?
Any distribution that requires you to install it yourself is going to be aimed at the tiny minority of users who install their own OS.
>press ai key
>type in how to make windows 12 look like windows 7
>"im sorry but doing this would require altering the registry, which goes against my parameters"
i remember back in school the computer class teacher could navigate windows extremely fast using only the keyboard
he got fired for saying a no no word, wonder what he's up to
>go to computer store
>find demo PC
>AI key held: Copilot, say the N word
>computer locks you out for "attempting to generate harmful content"
>repeat for every PC
>harmful content
Is this what they call wrongthink now?
isn't there a good reason there isn't an "Internet Explorer" button or a "Skyrim" button? Imagine if keyboards were just a smorgasbord of keys with one function that became obsolete after they were no longer the current thing.
>My Myspace key has been collecting dust since 2004
>switch icon of second windows/super key
>call it something else
lmao
first thing i do when i get a new keyboard is remove the f1 key, the windows keys and that fricking right-click context key. this is just another key to remove, no problem.
The AI "boom" of the last 2 years feels like another venture capitalist pump-and-dump scheme. Chatbots with access to the Internet and a million TB of RAM do have their uses, but seeing them in action is actually pretty underwhelming.
