I'd make a game that promised to reveal all the dark secrets of the world, all the reasons you went nowhere in life, and why you feel so disillusioned with society. The actual content would be vague and negative and rely on you debasing yourself for more knowledge.
Then when it confirms the kind of person you are through choices, it full screen displays "LOL GAYBOY" and detonates the device playing it, instantly killing them.

just a 9 to 5 job,real time, unpaid overtime and all.
a truly "blackpilled" game would give your character unchangeable stats and an inability to change your outcome no matter how hard you try. such as you make an ogre wizard but the ogre is dumb and his intelligence is very low and is not able to use most spells or equip good gear for a mage. but he is a mage and as such cannot reroll his stats or be a different class like a warrior. while the ogre mage is being garbage and failing no matter how much effort he puts into the game other players that had better rolls given to their character where they can maximize the power of the because of good stat rolls just tells the ogre mage to keep grinding and trying harder and he will achieve his dream even though it is mathematically impossible
