It peaks too early at the end of chapter 5, and can't retain that emotional high into the finale, which despite being pretty short ends up feeling dragged out somehow.
I had fun with Xenoblade 1, X and 2 but I was over the series after that. If their next game is another Xenoblade, I won't get it. Make something different.
>As soon as I saw the Orobouros shit and the villains I was out
Smart man, wish I were you. Instead I got caught in the hype cycle thinking it'd deliver.
Unironically the best of the four. Basically 3>2>1>X. X would have been better than 1 if only the story wasn't barebones and if the soundtrack had been done by the other games' composers instead of Sawano.
better gameplay/combat and side quests
characters about the same
worse everything else probably, but it's still a great game
Even though I like it a lot I can't get over the world being cobbled together, even well before the ending the "artificiality" of it put me off and all the settlements are war shitholes due to the setting, nothing as comfy as 2 or even parts of 1 though 1 sucks in everything outside of shulk and the macro story
Game felt too pretentious to the point where its not really engaging. Its got the exact opposite problem as 2 had, story takes itself way too seriously
5/10 shit story and shit gameplay. i hope whatever they do next goes for real action combat or turn based because i am tired of their in between combat style that is to slow to be consider action and to simplistic to be consider turn based
>too simplistic to be considered turn based
I can't think of a single turn based jRPG that has as many complex mechanics building on each other than the xenoblade games
8/10
6/10
and I'm a huge Xenogay
jrpg
4/10 The girls don't have dark enough skin.
7/10
>blackedblade 3
8.9/10

5/10. Not as good as Xenoblade 2. But it was nice to see Rex and his happy family
Like a 9/10. 8 without DLC
1>2>3 I give 3 an 8/10
8/10
Some areas feel empty and it only has one city called "the city" also 20+ fights against indistinguishable moebius. Other than that it's great
7/10 before Future Redeemed. 9/10 after.
BBC/10
7/10, -2 points for the last act and ending.
Main game is like a 8/10 and I'm being very generous. DLC is 9/10.
0/10, no porn no points
Trash, unable to stand on it's own, serves as a lame, flaccid ending to two games that didn't need another ending.
Don't want to play /10

Why? Every Xenoblade game has an entirely different setting and story. What difference does it make if it's called Xenoblade or not?
It's the gameplay I am sick of. Plus Xenoblade 3's story always looked shit to me. As soon as I saw the Orobouros shit and the villains I was out

Generic Anime Game
Out of 10

7/10 for base game only, 8.5/10 if you include future redeemed.
I like the heavy use of flute in the soundtrack/10
>chrono Black person over mario rpg
whoever made this is low iq
After beating Future Redeemed, 9/10. The trilogy as a whole is great. Actually felt like I played a future classic, after Future Redeemed.
Unlike it's predecessors, I got bored of this one like half-way through and dropped it, so I'd rate it pretty poorly.
9/10
It was my goty last year
Mobius were lame and joran was a mistake
didn't play it. 1st one was disappointing.
Game felt too pretentious to the point where its not really engaging. Its got the exact opposite problem as 2 had, story takes itself way too seriously
>Its got the exact opposite problem as 2 had
Which is funny considering how hard it also tries to suck 2's wiener at all times.

8/10, 9/10 with the DLC
first 70% is a solid 9 out of 10
last 30% is a solid 3 out of 10
so it's a 6/10 game in the end
