AI could use the ID of a dead person though, so I guess a personal verification every couple of months would be in order for everyone and if you miss it without calling (because you are dead for example lol) the ID gets locked

I'm not really a fan of the franchise but from the little I know this is how you fix it:

As I understand it the original Tomb Raider games had some crazy nightmarish villains at the end. Not only do you get more interesting enemies, but the story feels like its progressing and increasing in difficulty.
Having Lara fight human fodder in naturalistic environments from start to finish is just too bland.
This is just my personal taste for what would get me to play and that would be leaning heavily into 80s/90s action with lots of hard sci-fi tropes. Give Lara a whole range of guns that can do all sorts of fun/crazy shit.

Make platforming trickier so it isn't so easy. Ideally make it play a bit more like the originals and give casuals the easier platforming.
