What else is there then? Buggy raids where I can't even refresh or get in? Boring ladder where I can't even use my favorite mons and I'm forced to use genie + (meta) comps? They've taken content out of these games over the years. It's clear they just make these games to be sold, beaten quickly and never played again. That's why Dipplin is bizarre to me, it's a shitmon that had no reason to exist other for "story" and that role could've been give to literally any other pokemon that needed an evo more.
For me, it's collecting all the pokemon

I never said you don't like the games, I said you don't like pokemon. Like the actual little dudes, you don't care at all about them. You don't care about getting a pokemon cause it looks neat or is funky or anything, you just see them as stats. I think that's sad.

it's not going to replace appletun and likely won't get dragon dance because each branch has its own moves that the others don't get. Wait and see what moves/ability its evo gets and how they allocate its stats before crying. That said flapple definitely should have had its speed and spA reversed.

What if the "Dipplin" evolution is actually a third evolution that all three branches of Applin have access to, and it just has a different form with slightly different stats and Abilities depending on what the middle stage was?
You need the two worms to be inside the apple to trigger the third evo, as that's the whole play with the third evo. So no.
Appletun & Flapple would be compatible with Eviolite.

It looks ugly, but I figured saying so would be redundant. It'd be cooler if the apple dragon were actually dragon-sized though, regardless of ugliness, so yes it being tiny is a good criticism.
