>Hyped up “Skyrim in Space” harder than any other game before
>won ZERO awards
>casuals are even turning on it and calling it garbage
Is this gonna be the wake up call Todd needs to make sure Elder Scrolls VI is actually good?

Starfield is so bad that the Starfield Together multiplayer mod has been canceled even though 70% of the work was already done, since the code is so similar to Skyrim SE.
>discord trannies hate starfield
it's fricking over
>putting the tl;dr at the end of the text
>make game about the thrill of exploring the unknown
>market it to consolegays and other low income demographics
What the frick was he thinking?
The thrill…of exploring…the unknown…
I can't believe nobody at Bethesda looked at this concept and thought about how moronic it is.
The secret ingredient is indians
>exploring the unknown
Procedurally generated slop is not "the unknown".
Exploring planets in Starfield is like listening to someone else tell you about a dream they had.
I had a dream once that Bethesda made good games
It was a nice dream
I was playing Skyrim again with a hundred some odd mods, some of which were to make third person gameplay and combat actually feel viable, and I had a good time all the way through the final Alduin battle (thanks World Eater Beater). Then I played Witcher 3 and I was like "how the frick does Bethesda get away with putting so little polish and care into their games compared to something like this?" Even with all those many dozens of mods to bring Skyrim kicking and screaming towards modern standards it still feels a generation behind Witcher 3 at best.
And Starfield doesn't even feel like a new game. If it came out 10 years ago I'm sure a lot of people would have dug it but it's just a sorry and pathetic offering compared to any of the big RPGs and space games that are out now.
At least Skyrim is a game and not a porno for women
>SKYRIM WITH MODS
this is how you know you're dealing with a fricking moron
mods are nothing but superficial and always shittily done.
they do nothing to make the world dynamic or interesting, they do nothing to advance gameplay
Microsoft's oversight killed the game. Todd wanted Space Khajiit and Daggerfall. Microsoft wanted No Man's Skyrim. The compromise was terrible.
Outsourcing the entire game didn't help
>make game about the thrill of exploring the unknown
There is nothing to explore
How many time he will have to release Skyrim to save his reputation?
They added a new paid mods store to Skyrim so clearly desperation is there. And they don't have the personnel to do a remake of it, they're trying to squeeze pennies out of the few thousand people who are still playing.
Starfield is pretty much the same game Bethesda's been making for the last twenty years, except:
1. They almost completely gutted spontaneous exploration in favor of following a quest marker on a procedurally generated planet.
2. The world building sucks ass because they didn't have an established IP to lean on like they could before. Now their shit writing stands out even more.
There's plenty of other flaws with the game, like the nonsensical guns, ugly generic "Citizen" NPCs, boring companions and bad performance, but those two things are the biggest reason why people have lost interest in this game.
>Is this gonna be the wake up call Todd needs to make sure Elder Scrolls VI is actually good?
I really hope so. It will be Todd's last game. I'm hoping its a beautiful swan song for his career and the beginning of a redemption arc for Bethesda
Where does the notion that Tod is actually capable of making a great game comes from? Name one great game he is responsible for.
Bethesda makes the most uninspired, technologically lacking goysloppiest of shit games ever. Their last decent game was fricking Oblivion.
Todd deserves this and his legacy will die with his failure as a man.
Love the fact the mainstream is slowly beginning to realize Bethesda is actually fricking trash.
why does he make me feel bad for him? he's rich, successful, has a legacy. Why does his sadness resonate with me so deeply?
Because you can see that he genuinely wanted it to be a good game.
This broke my fricking heart
He’s been lying to us since 1998 don’t feel bad for todd
>be at work
>standing around with the based super autistic quiet nerd guy and random samoan dude
>Samoan asks me what games I'm playing at the moment
>"I'm playing Elden Ring bro, what about you?"
>"Aww yeah g I've been playing Skyrim actually bro"
>Autistic guy starts laughing
>"What are you laughing at bro?"
Pic related
I'd laugh at the guy playing Elden Ring.
Dilate
I'd laugh at the autist laughing
I'm trans btw
Let's hope so
Todd Noaward
It still got 10 million players, he will learn nothing
TES6 is going to be live service trash and by the time it comes out, they'll re-release Skyrim once again with a new pack of paid mods.
It's hard to care about the future when it's full of ugly blocks.
I don’t think it will be. He learnt nothing from NV, and he’ll just continue casualizing his games and make worse Goyslop.
Sorry Todd but I like having hand to hand as a skill to level
>western tranime
Bethesda summed up in one pic.
