I've had games that I've hated that I have given 70 hours of my life over two or three weeks - just to say that I beat it and can give a complete review as to why it sucked.
But never 700+ hours. Unless it was an MMO that was ruined by a patch/expansion, it doesn't make much sense. Go play something else(?)...

There's plenty of reasons these days. >boredom >familiarity >nothing else is good and this is just the best out of all the shit options >completionist ocd >addiction without enjoyment
whatever anyone thinks, it's certainly not a perfect game, that's for sure
but it's their most ambitious, so chances of issues were much higher
that doesn't matter to you though, because we live in a society that destroys your soul and makes you want to escape into this technological hell hole that is video games which do nothing but suck the very life essence out of you while turning your life into utter shit and there is probably no hope for any of us

If by terrible flaws you mean the janky camera and painfully inventory management, they're pale in comparison to the flaws in Elden Ring.

only flaws i can think of for bloodborne are technical flaws, only design flaws i can think of are not really flaws but i guess if you consider the game streamlines build variety and encourages agressive play a flaw, but if you needed a shield to get through dark souls 1 you were a b***h anyways, and ill take the 10 unique fun weapons over the dogshit ass meta weapon art spamfest that elden ring is, where even the weapon appearances are lame.
Also bloodborne and weapon transformation combos, that was fun
I will never forget the pure insanity of someone doing literally a wall of text ‘review’ on how devs don’t know what the frick they are doing and are ruining the game with 2K plus hours on DD (granted RH doesn’t really know what the frick they are doing and just throw shit to the wall and wait how it will stick but still).

I used the co-op mod for PvE and a cheat engine for PvP items I know many others did too.
