      Don't do repetitive motions with just your wrist for hours on end day in and day out. That's it. Just learn how to use your whole arm to use your mouse instead of *just* your wrist, take breaks for ten minutes, maybe do a little stretch or loostening exercises once in a while.       use arm and elbow to move mouse instead of wrist
      do this as early in life as possible, and never change

      basically use your mouse like a fps pro gamer.
      tiny ass mousepads with wrist supports (think the tiddy mousepads) are bad and reinforce bad habits, both for gaming and your wrist. You want a big pad and lower sensitivity so you are moving your arm and elbow which are way stronger and resistant to repetitive motion damage than your wrist.

        You don't. Post-puberty the physical structure of your wrist will not grow. The wrist is almost entirely ligaments and bone, there's no natural way to make them bigger. You can get bigger forearms through various exercises like wrist curls like the one anon said, or by simply carrying heavy weights (farmer carry is an example of such an exercise). Virtually any exercise involving your grip will contribute to forearm growth as well, so there are plenty of avenues to growing your forearms, but your wrists will always be the size they are.

    Both of my parents got carpal tunnel in their 50's, my dad got it in both his hands. It's not really that bad because you can just get surgery for it and it's all fine, you don't even need general anesthetics for it and you can go home the same day

    I think I sprained my left wrist like a year ago and it didn't heal right. Should I get a brace or go to a doctor? My wrist hurts really bad only at max ROM, so lifting heavy things kind of hurts. I have resistance bands that I do wrist curls and sup/pronation twists with, and that seems to help a bit but the pain always comes back if I take a break for a day.
