Is picrel a pixelart though? Looks like a typical MSX-styled pic to me. I thought the whole point of pixel art is to simulate low res era, like 256x240 NES.
Everything is too fucking tiny. Buy more pixels or learn how to make tiny sprites better. Also, nothing is memorable. They're all either too derivative or generic. I think an underrated aspect of character design is identifiability. It would help if you made things distinct and easy to recall not only within your roster but in the grand scheme of things. Like that eyeball ain't going to be mixed up or fade into the of the rest of the creatures in the picture but what sets it apart from the other eyeball monsters?

I also suggest if you are not making a scam coombait game you shouldn't redesign some of the females. If you are making a coombait scam you need to go further with the female monsters.

Try more poses. Tone down the fat fetish a little unless you are making a coom game.
You still haven't given them clearer form by tweaking the colors.
Take a look at the angel thing on the top row from afar, it's hard to make out at first glance what it's supposed to be.
And apparently that's not Graveler from Pokemon, it has a lion face when you zoom in close enough.
